At IBT we describe that journey in four stages: Planted, Rooted, Growing, and Flourishing.
eing planted is often the first step for many people. It might be your first time visiting IBT or your first time really exploring faith.
This is a season of learning about who God is, hearing His Word, and discovering what it means to follow Jesus in everyday life.
A good next step:
Come to a service and learn about Jesus and His teachings.
aith grows stronger when we grow together. Being rooted means building real relationships and finding people who will walk with you in your faith.
At IBT this often happens through Life Groups, ministries, and church events where friendships are formed and community begins to grow.
A good next step:
Join a Life Group or connect with a ministry.
Growing is when church becomes more than a place you attend. It becomes a place where you belong.
During this stage people continue developing relationships, serving in ministries, and investing in the life and mission of the church.
A good next step:
Serve on a Life Team.
Flourishing is where your faith begins to impact others. As you grow, you begin investing in people and helping them take their next steps too.
Many people in this stage lead in ministries, disciple others, and help create a culture where more people can experience life in Christ.
A good next step:
Lead, mentor, and invest in others.
