At IBT we believe everyone has something they can use to serve others. Life Teams are simply groups of people who use their time and abilities to help the church run and care for others.
From welcoming guests to helping with kids or running technology, Life Teams help create an environment where people can learn about God and feel at home.
You do not have to have special skills. If you are willing to serve, there is a place for you.
